Unless otherwise stated, all items are generally IN STOCK. *

Please note that all orders are processed through our parent company The Checkmate Group, LLC.  If ordering by credit card, your purchase will be billed to Checkmate or Checkmate Group.

Telephone ordering for International orders, Military, Hawaii, Alaska and affliates is completed by email quote only after your order is placed. We're sorry, however we are unable to provide this information to you over the telephone.

Please place your order online, and a quote for the various shipping options available will be sent to you at the email address provided.
Availability *
  • Orders are usually received within 5-7 business days or less!
  • Most products are stocked and can ship immediately, excluding items that will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer*  The product information will list an item that is "drop shipped" from the manufacturer."
  • *Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer), generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days, however depending on the manufacturer an order may take from 7-14 business days to arrive. Gonge products generally arrive in 3-4 weeks. Please see the terms in the specific "drop ship" product you are ordering for more information.
  • Please note that we make all effort to list those items which are "manufacturer" out of stock as such on our web site.
  • Some products are "out of stock" and may take a little longer to arrive! You can place an order for these items, however, they will ship only after we receive them in stock.
  • Sometimes, we deplete our stock before we can process your order!
  • We will attempt to advise you by email if there will be a substantial delay.
  • If a problem arises with your order, your order may be delayed. Please do make sure the email address and telephone number you have provided us are accurate.
  • Orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will be processed on the next business day.
Using the Shopping Cart
  • Using the Shopping Cart is easy! Once you have found an item that interests you, click on the item to order and it will be added to your shopping cart.  
  • If you wish to purchase multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty." box. Then, press the "Changed Quantities" button if you change any of the quantities.  
  • If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, set the quantity to 0 (zero) and press the "Changed Quantities" button to delete this item from your cart.  
  • Click the "Return to Shopping" button if you have more items you wish to see.  
  • When you are ready to complete your order click on the "Secure Checkout" Button located at the top of the Shopping Cart page.
