- We accept unused, unopened
returns
up to 14 days after your receipt of your order. Items returned after 14
days
will not be credited.

- The items MUST be in
resaleable
condition to receive a refund.
Note:
Beaded curtains must be folded into the box as received.
Wrapping the strands round and round the bar tangles them irreparably,
and
thus, they cannot be accepted as a refundable return. See note below**

- All returns must first
receive an
Return Authorization Number (RA) from Customer Service or your return
will not
be
credited. Please email Customer Service at: The Checkmate Group for
a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please make sure to include your
name
and the invoice number of the original shipment in your email to
Customer
Service.

- Reseal and ship the package
carefully in the original condition received. This includes original
packaging
material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the
manufacturer.

- You will not receive a
refund if the
item is not re-sellable or has been used. Any item returned to
us
that has been used, torn open and/or is missing original parts will not
receive a credit.
Items that you have opened and used in any way will not receive return
credit as we retail these products only and thus, have no way to
repair any damage to the packaging.
No refund is available for gift wrapping.

- We do not account for
damage
on the return shipment. You may wish to insure your shipment. Please
repack the items carefully. Damaged
items
returned without approval will not receive a credit refund.

- Original shipping fees are
not refundable. We reserve the right to withhold the actual shipping
and
handling fees for returns, which could be slightly or substantially
more
than our current flat rate charges. In addition, we reserve the right
to charge a 15% restocking fee on orders over $100.

- **We are not a rental
agency! Some items, such as our
beaded curtains, crystal spheres and the like, are NOT available for
"rent" and return. If we suspect that that you have purchased from us
for this purpose and are now attempting to return the items, we will
most assuredly investigate and prosecute you for fraud if need be.
